The Momentum Hub has a range of meeting rooms which our tenants can use free of charge. To improve our system, we now have a Booking Form to submit your booking requests.

 

Once we receive your forms, the team will email back to confirm room availability and/or catering or to provide other options.

For catering, please note that there is a minimum of a 7 day notice required.

​

Our rooms at the Hub are available for commercial bookings which help in the upkeep of the facility.  In this light, Momentum Hub reserves the right to move any confirmed non-commercial booking to give way to a commercial booking.

The priority of use of the rooms are as follows:

 

1. Commercial bookings

2. WPT and MH tenants' BOT and/or Executive meetings, on a first-come, first-serve basis

3. MH tenants' team meetings, on a first-come, first-serve basis
